After the snow the previous weekend, Sunday 25 March dawned bright and sunny.  11 competitors headed down to Perranporth Airfield, including two ASWMC championship contenders, for Camel Vale’s first Autosolo of the season.

As usual, the Clerk of the Course, Nigel Barnett had devised some interesting and challenging tests, which caught out a few, but with only 3 out of the four runs counting towards the final results, the odd wrong test and hit cone, was not the end of the world.

Congratulations to the class winners, David Fooks (Renault Clio) and Steve Watts (Toyota Corolla); and to Jason Metters (Mazda MX5) for taking the overall award on the day with the fastest time.
